Smart production & intralogistics: efficiency and transparency for logistics, paper and packaging

Speed, precision and seamless documentation are decisive for your competitiveness in the logistics, paper and packaging industry. To achieve this, the data from your complex logistics systems and packaging lines must be recorded in real time, compared across locations and used throughout the organization for targeted control. inray supports you in the digitalization of your intralogistics with stable architectures that are designed for demanding 24/7 operation.

To the solutions

Efficient material flows

Consistent material and information flows are crucial for efficiency and adherence to deadlines. High dynamics, different systems and distributed processes make it difficult to maintain transparency about stocks, movements and system statuses. Without integrated data availability between warehouse, production and IT systems, media disruptions, delays and inefficient processes occur along the entire value chain.

Transparent Production

Transparent Production

manubes makes production data visible in real time and gives it context. This creates transparency that teams can use on a daily basis for quality, OEE and reliable decisions.

data-driven production

data-driven production

With pronubes, transparency becomes impact. Insights are translated into repeatable decisions and workflows so that improvements are made to the process.

connected production

connected production

Kepware servers and OPC routers create the basis for connectivity. Machines, control systems and IT systems are reliably connected and data flows are standardized.

Your advantages

Suitable solutions from inray smart production

Continuous data communication

With the OPC router, inray connects machines, controllers and IT systems to form a resilient data flow. This is the basis for transparent, secure and auditable processes.

Complete traceability

Batches, ingredients and process steps are recorded and linked in a structured manner. This makes traceability reliable in everyday life, even across multiple systems and process stages.

Real-time monitoring

Production and quality data are visualized live. Deviations are detected early so that teams can react quickly and keep quality stable.

System integration

inray networks ERP, MES and production to create a continuous flow of information. Relevant data is available where it is needed, without manual detours.

Cloud-based transparency

With manubes, production data is securely collected and analyzed. This creates cross-site transparency and comparability, available at any time.

Training & know-how

We enable teams to operate the systems securely and use them optimally. Practical, product-oriented and in such a way that operations remain independent and the solution is sustainable in the long term.

Success stories of our customers

German Dairy Consortium (DMK)

Continuous order flow and automated feedback, implemented with OPC Router and Kepware Server.

  • Deutsches Milchkontor (DMK) is Germany's largest dairy company and is systematically driving forward the networking of its production plants. The aim is to achieve a continuous flow of data between the control level, MES and SAP so that processes run uniformly, comprehensibly and efficiently across all sites.

  • Many systems, different machine environments and several plants require a stable data flow without media disruptions. Documentation, feedback and order data should not be maintained manually, but should be automated and traceable.

  • inray provided the basis for connected and transparent production. As a data hub, the OPC router handles the automated exchange between SAP, databases, controllers and subsystems such as labelers and palletizers. The Kepware server ensures a reliable connection to the control level with a broad driver base. For the operators, a web-based MES portal was implemented with the Factory Application Server, which provides information clearly and supports everyday decisions. This creates a continuous flow of information from the order to automated feedback back into the ERP.
